We came to this food through culture — not through a market report.

Our founder married into a Venezuelan family. Backyard barbecues, extended family, food that nobody had planned but everyone ate. A way of living that most of mainstream America has never encountered — loud, generous, and completely without pretension.

We built FacilityX Group because we believe that culture deserves a place on the shelf. Not as a trend. Not as a novelty. As the real thing.

Will Osler

Founder & Principal

Will is a seasoned operator with deep experience in food and manufacturing. He has served as President of several privately-backed manufacturing companies — including in the food and beverage sector — acquiring businesses, improving margins, and scaling operations. He has held leadership roles at Beckway, Accenture, and Lockheed Martin.

He lives in Miami with his Venezuelan wife and two daughters. He came to this food through family — long before we thought of it as a business.
